Experience convenient and effective one-on-one online workouts from the comfort of your own home, office, or while traveling. Mind Body Transformation Program:
Our innovative 8-week MIND BODY Program is based on a unique methodology that aims to take care of you from the inside out. We will guide you through an integrated mind-body-spirit practice that will help you release and heal emotions you may be holding onto, and cultivate a strong sense of empowerment both mentally and physically.
This 8-week journey is highly experiential and will include 2 (or 3) one-on-one online personal training sessions per week that meet your specific fitness goals. You will also attend a weekly two-hour online group session that integrates techniques such as Meditation, Guided Imagery, Autogenic training (self hypnosis), Breath Work, Movement, Journal Writing, Drawing and other approaches in the supportive group environment. These modalities will help you develop a deeper level of awareness in everyday experiences and, as a result, an increased ability to cope with the emotional, physical and psychological challenges that face us in our daily lives.

She is very very good at coming up with new routines for me to try out, a monthly workout plan which changes every month, and most importantly she watches my form and reads my face/body to make sure I keep proper form without injuring myself. "I had never worked out with a "mobile gym" before trying Danielly's, but it was amazing! We did a group workout the morning after a long day of wine tasting, so we needed some motivation. Danielly was the perfect combination of being nice and chill while also motivating us all to push ourselves and not wallow in our hangovers. I was impressed with how much equipment she brought in - battle ropes were especially cool and not something I get to do in every workout. She had several different circuits to keep it interesting and fun, while at the same time making it an intense workout that made us all feel so much better! Highly recommend!"
