Home training

Don’t like going to a crowded gym, but don’t have a home gym or workout equipment? No worries!

Danielly’s Fitness has created the first mobile gym in Sonoma, fully equipped with everything you will need for an effective workout, regardless of the space you have. Whether indoors or outdoors, we guarantee a gym-quality workout session in a one-on-one format.

Not comfortable meeting in person, or have enjoyed the ability to work-out online and want to continue? Experience convenient and effective one-on-one online workouts from the comfort of your own home, office, or while traveling. No large area needed, as long as you have a mobile phone, tablet or computer, we can connect through Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp. Super easy!

Corporate Wellness Program

The workplace can be a source of anxiety, stress, and burnout. While there is no way to totally eliminate stress from the workplace, more businesses are recognizing the importance of holistic, evidence-based practices to improve the health and wellness of employees. The employees’ mental health contributes to how they think, feel, and acts, and it relates to their resiliency and relationships with others.  Our Wellness Program can bring significant improvement to employees’ mental health with positive self-awareness and increased ability to cope with stress.

The evidence-based skills that participants will learn have been documented to help lower stress levels, improve mood, enhance resiliency and optimism, and help prevent chronic health conditions.

Mind Body Transformation Program:

Our innovative 8-week Mind Body Transformation Program is based on a unique methodology that aims to take care of you from the inside out. We will guide you through an integrated mind-body-spirit practice that will help you release and heal emotions you may be holding onto, and cultivate a strong sense of empowerment both mentally and physically.

This 8-week journey is highly experiential and you can include 2 (or 3) one-on-ones online or in person personal training sessions per week that meet your specific fitness goals. This program integrates techniques such as Meditation, Guided Imagery, Autogenic training (self-hypnosis), Breath Work, Movement, Journal Writing, Drawing, Nutrition and other approaches in the supportive environment. These modalities will help you develop a deeper level of awareness in everyday experiences and, as a result, an increased ability to cope with the emotional, physical and psychological challenges that face us in our daily lives.
